Develia acquired land in Wrocław on Komandorska street with the ownership of the building erected on it, with an area of 0.2349 ha, for PLN 19.5 million net and plan its project with approximately 200 flats, the company announced.
The planned date of commencement of this investment is the second half of 2023.
Develia controls a group of special purpose development companies carrying out residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2007. In 2020, it sold 1,361 residential and commercial premises.
