Develia has started selling 154 apartments with areas ranging from 32 to 82 m2 as part of the 9th stage of the Centralna Park estate in Krakow, the company said. Completion of construction is scheduled for the beginning of 2024.
“Centralna Park is a project that has enjoyed great interest among our clients for years. They appreciate both the good, functional architecture and the location that provides access to extensive urban infrastructure. In the first quarter of 2022 alone, we sold nearly 100 apartments in stages VI-VIII,” said the president of Develia, Andrzej Oślizło.
Develia controls a group of special purpose development companies carrying out residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2007.
