“Comparing the results for the first quarter of this year with those for the third and fourth quarters of last year, respectively, we see increases, which confirms that the beginning of 2023 is a continuation of the market rebound we have seen since October. Traffic in our sales offices is higher and we are recording more loan transactions. We are also seeing month-on-month improvements in sales performance, which could be a good prognosis for the coming quarters,” says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia.
In January-March 2023, the largest number of apartments found buyers in the Aleje Praskie projects in Warsaw and Centralna Park and Grzegórzecka 77 in Krakow. In the first quarter of this year.
