Develia has started the construction of 108 apartments as part of the 12th stage of the Sloneczne Miasteczko residential project in the Biezanow-Prokocim district in Cracow. At the same time, the developer began handing over apartments in the 9th stage of the investment. In the 12th stage of the scheme, 108 apartments will be built in 1- to 5-room layouts with an area of 24 to 87 sqm, including duplex apartments. The development will have underground parking and lockers. The planned completion date of the investment is the third quarter of 2022. So far, 980 apartments have been built in the nine completed stages of the estate. The main contractor for the Sloneczne Miasteczko investment is TK BUD. The prices of flats in the 12th stage of the development start at PLN 4,499 per sqm.
