Topestates has entered the Czech market with the goal of both developing premium residential and multifunctional buildings, but also gaining a foothold in the market for its construction division. It’s planning to build residential schemes in Prague, Brno and in Bratislava and is currently involved in several projects worth more than 5bn. “We put together a team of interesting people and created our own rules for functioning and processes in order to get the most out of the experiences of each of the team members. The company’s two founders, Petr Teplý and Dušan Dvořák have years of experience in development, including the Sakura residential project. The company’s director of development is Simona Kovalská Sommerová, who worked on the Západního města project as well as Port Karolina, while production director Filip Kašík was the project manager for the V Tower apartment building in Prague 4.
