Developers completed 2.2 million sqm of new warehouse and production space in Poland in 2018, down 8 percent than the previous year, according to AXI IMMO. At the end of 2018, 1.9 million sqm were under construction, 37 percent more than in the same period in 2017. Despite the high number of new investments, the vacancy rate remained low throughout the year at just 4.5 percent, according to AXI IMMO.
