Developers targeting student housing sector

Hospodářské noviny reports that developers are beginning to catch on to the demand for student housing in the Czech Republic. It reports on the activities of several developers, such as the British company Round Hill Capital, which hopes to bring the Nido Collection to Prague. Another investor, the German company International Campus intends to put into operation 2,500 beds in modern dormitories. The companies are hoping to tap into the demand from increasing numbers of foreign students that are coming to Prague to study. The daily reports on the activities of CTP, which opened its business park Ponavka. This facility includes housing not just for students but for young graduates in their first jobs.
