Development 4 plans to add an additional 2.9 ha to the Pharos Park commercial zone, which is adjacent to the Bratislava airport. The name of the end user has not been revealed. Two new office buildings will go up on the site. One will offer storage on the ground floor, while the other will provide retail and service space. The usable space will total 15,826 sqm. Construction is set to start in August.
Development 4 plans to build 230,000 sqm of offices in the 47 ha zone, but will not start construction speculatively, the CEO Matej Ceconik told Trend Reality. Commercial space should total 80,000 sqm. Stores for Decathlon, Bauhaus and Sconto are already under construction in the zone.
