Howard Bank, a locally owned community bank in the Greater Baltimore area, has announced the promotion of John DeZinno to Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Team Lead. DeZinno will be responsible for business and loan development with commercial real estate sector companies in the Baltimore metropolitan area and adjacent markets. Before joining the Howard Bank team, DeZinno held various Vice President and Senior Vice President roles in commercial real estate divisions at M&T Bank, Susquehanna Bank, Bank of America and Provident Bank. In 1980, DeZinno earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and studied M.G.A. coursework at the University of Maryland, College Park in 1984 and graduated from Mortgage Bankers Underwriting School in 1985.
