Considered the largest office lease deal on the Hungarian market this year, Diageo extended its contract on nearly 12,000 sqm at West End Business Center II in Budapest. The tenant was represented by CBRE and the office building is owned by Morgan Stanley and Wing. āConsidering all technical and financial aspects, Diageo’s current office suits the company’s future plans. After this decision, Diageo commissioned CBREās project management team to examine how the current office can be used as efficiently as possible in the future. The new strategy will be ready in the first quarter of 2017,ā said DĆ”vid Havas, head of CBREās project management and building consultancy team.
