Diamante Plaza is now full, following lease deals with the owner of 4F brand – OTCF S.A., coworking office operator RISE.PL, IT company Ray Allen and the municipal authorities of the City of Krak贸w. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is responsible for the commercialization of the project. Diamante Plaza was delivered to the market in Krak贸w鈥檚 post-industrial district Zab艂ocie in 2009. The property provides 10,000 sqm of office space spread across four floors. The project includes an underground parking garage for 193 cars.
