BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is recommercializing the class A office space at Diamante Plaza in Kraków on behalf of the building’s owner, Aldesa, a leading Spanish construction company. Diamante Plaza was completed in September 2009 in the city’s Zabłocie district. The scheme is currently undergoing a refurbishment with completion set for the first quarter of 2018. “The timeless and eye-catching design and the technical solutions applied in the building such as openable windows and sprinklers make the building extremely attractive to potential tenants,” said Adrian Bojczuk, associate director of the office agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. The property will offer 7,500 sqm of office space.
