Diana Brummer joined the Goodwin law firm’s New York office as partner. Brummer has experience in commercial real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on complex joint ventures, senior, construction and mezzanine financings (for both lenders and borrowers), acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, real estate recapitalizations and development. Brummer is a Member the Leadership Advisory Committee of the National Women’s Law Center and also active in pro bono matters.
