DIC Asset has leased 15,000 sqm of Lighthouse a commercial property in Frankfurt’s Bockenheim district to a public-law corporation on a 15-year lease term. The office building is located in the former headquarters of Deutsche Börse in the Industriehof commercial area in Frankfurt’s Bockenheim district. DIC Asset has owned the property since 2006. Among the other tenants in the building are companies such as BTZ Rhein-Neckar, STA Travel and RGM Facility Management. The new tenant will soon occupy a floor area of around 6,000 sqm. The transaction was facilitated by the real estate service provider Savills.
