Die Deutsche Reihenhaus is planning to build a new residential project in Berlin. To go up on Kleiner Mohnweg street, Am Coloniapark will include 32 family houses, ranging between 120 and 145 sqm of living space, on a 8,600 sqm plot. The Cologne-based property developer, which has offices in another five cities in Germany, will invest €9.5m into the project. Completion is set for 2018.
