Diebold Nixdorf has leased 9,700 sqm at West Station II in Warsaw. The company is taking a third of the building’s total area, making it the largest office lease in Warsaw so far this year. Diebold Nixdorf will relocate its Polish headquarters to West Station II this fall, when the building is scheduled for completion. The West Station complex was developed by HB Reavis, PKP S.A. and Xcity Investment. It will offer 68,000 sqm of leasable space and has BREEAM Excellent certification. The tenant mix includes PKP Group companies, ATAL, Coface, Panalpina and Office Hub.
