Digital Risk has signed a new lease at Prominence office park in the Baymeadows submarket of Jacksonville. The new deal will see it occupy 57,108 sq ft of office space in the complex located on Freedom Commerce Parkway. The owner, Crocker Partners, bought the 54 acre 752,000 square-foot commercial property in 2013. Crocker Partners has a property portfolio valued at over $2 billion totaling about nine million square feet in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. JLL represented Crocker Partners in the deal. “Prominence office park is gaining momentum as one of Jacksonville’s premiere office parks,” said Crocker Partners Vice President Josh Edwards, adding that it offered a prime location and the ability to expand. Digital Risk provides compliance and transaction management services.
