It was created to make the office even easier and more secure to use with digital service management. The application has already been implemented in Poland and Hungary. It has also been available to tenants in the Czech Republic since January.
According to research published in December by Cushman & Wakefield, in the third quarter of 2020, net demand in the Czech office market reached the lowest quarterly level in a decade. At the same time, the amount of space offered for rent has increased significantly. Many leases have been revised and there has also been a significant increase in the supply of brand new office space. All this shows that last year changed the office market, landlords expect more flexibility and security. The perception of the office not only as a workspace but also as a service was also strengthened.
