Dimitris is currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer at Globalworth. Following a very successful 15-year track record in the financial services and real estate investment management industries, most of which with Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment management division (formerly known as RREEF for which he was Managing Director and European Head of the real estate private equity arm), Dimitris has spent the past 5 years turning Globalworth into the largest office-property owner and developer in Romania.
Globalworth was founded in February 2013 and, since then, made great progress with its development program for office spaces in Romania, by adding new landmark properties to its portfolio of Class “A” buildings, such as Globalworth Tower, Gara Herastrau or Globalworth Campus. The company ranked as one of the most active investors in the country over this period and assembled a portfolio of 12 high-quality office buildings.
