The 50,000 sqf, Class B office building is located in the Langley Research and Development Park, half a mile from Langley Air Force Base and NASA facilities. Built in 2003, the building is in a Virginia Enterprise Zone. Mooring Financial Corporation, which was founded in 1982 and based in Tysons, Virginia, is a private investment firm that manages alternative assets for high net worth individual and institutional investors.
