Diverse CG has leased 3,000 sqm of office space at the Generation Park Z office building in Warsaw. The technology company is planning to move into its new offices in the fourth quarter of 2020. Generation Park Z is located in Warsaw’s Wola district at the Daszyńskiego roundabout. The property offers 19,000 sqm of total leasable space as well as 102 parking spaces for bicycles, showers and changing rooms. Generation Park Z has secured a LEED Platinum certificate and is currently applying for the WELL certificate. The office building has also applied for Building Without Barriers certification, which proves that its architecture is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and families with children. The General contractor of the building is Skanska, while JEMS Architekci designed the scheme.
