DL Invest is scheduled to break ground on a new office project in Katowice this summer. Construction is set to get underway Korfantego street at the beginning of July. DL Center Point III will offer 13,000 sqm of leasable space on 13 stories as well as two levels of underground parking. The scheme, designed by Ostrowscy Architekci, will go up next to an existing building that was purchased by DL Invest from Reinhold last August, that will undergo renovation work and fit-outs for tenants that have already signed leases.
