The developer Doas continues to experience difficulties in getting its residential project Zlaté krídlo underway in Rača, Bratislava. The developer put the project on hold during the crisis, relaunching it only in early 2013. However, it still faces a lack of interest from buyers. The development head of Doas, Jaroslav Škovránek, told the server Trend Reality that construction should start in March 2015. Originally the developer wanted to start building this year, but claims that buyers who had originally signed reservation agreements backed out. The flats are on offer at €2,200 to 2,300/sqm. Doas is a member of DDM Group, that includes construction giants Metrostav and Doprastav.
