The first phase of construction of the luxury residential project DOCK River Watch has received its occupancy permit, making it possible for the first residents to move in. The project is underway in Prague 8-Libeň by Crestyl, which also built the DOCK Marina View scheme nearby. DOCK River Watch, a CZK 450m investment, offers 65 flats in three apartment buildings. Around 40 percent of the units have been sold. The developer is counting on the lack of other high-end residential projects along the river and a natural desire by people to live near rivers or other bodies of water
