After delivering the first stage of the Osiedle Powstańców project in the city of Ząbki, the developer Dolcan announced it is preparing to launch the second phase of the scheme this year. 448 flats have been delivered to Ządbki by the developer so far, with an additional 220 planned to be carried out under the new project called Osiedle Powstańców II. To meet the customer’s requirements, the complex is to consist of five-story buildings with the flats ranging from 27 sqm to 55 sqm of space with only one with the space of 72 sqm. “The important factor for the customers is not only the location, but also the price, which in Ząbki is much more accessible, than in Warsaw”, says Alicja Dolińska, marketing director at Dolcan. “The average price for 1 sqm in Warsaw is PLN 8,600, while in Ząbki it’s just PLN 5,000.”
