Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Dom Development acquired Tri-city developer Euro Styl from the Forum IV investment fund for PLN 260m. The acquisition of Euro Styl will allow Dom Development, which is currently active in Warsaw and Wrocław, to enter a new market and step up its development activity. As a result, the company’s sales and profit are expected to increase by approximately 15 percent. As of June 7, Euro Styl held PLN 81.4m in cash and had an interest-bearing debt of PLN 2.1m, according to the filing.
