“Despite the worse mood in the entire sector, we believe that the next months of the year should be good for us. I also appreciate the revenue potential to be recognized in the coming quarters – we have over 4.5 thousand units sold with a net value of PLN 2.9 billion to hand over. Factors that have a positive impact on our business include, among others, the desire to protect capital against inflation, a strong rental market and a limited supply of new apartments, which should still favor the sale of apartments in the high-standard segment, in which the Dom Development Group is undisputed. leader,” said Szanajca.
“In addition, the increase in financing costs, although it adversely affects some developers, supports entities such as us, which have significant equity and very good financial liquidity. It should also be noted that after the surge in construction costs in the first quarter of this year, now the situation has stabilized, which also has a positive effect on our business,” added the president.
