The last flats of the first phase of the Saska residential project are being handed over by Dom Development this month. The project comprises 1,579 housing units, located at Bora-Komorowskiego street, near the Saska Kępa and Gocław districts in Warsaw. A total of 190 flats were delivered with the project’s first stage, of which 140 units have already been handed over to residents. The developer began handing over the flats last year, in June. The average size of flats in the scheme is 54 sqm, with prices beginning at PLN 7,065/sqm.
To date, Dom Development has handed over nearly 600 flats at Saska, with 180 still available for buyers.
