Dom Development has introduced 188 apartments to its offer in Os. Ceramiczna, Warsaw
Warsaw, 09/21/2021 (ISBnews) – Dom Development has launched 188 apartments for sale in the 1st stage of Osiedle Ceramiczna in Warsaw’s Tarchomin district, the company said. The handover of the keys is planned for the beginning of 2023. The Ceramiczna housing estate is being developed for the benefit of the Warsaw Housing Cooperative.
Two 5-storey buildings will house 188 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 111 sqm. Most of them will be 2-room apartments with an area of approx. 42 sqm, it was announced.
“Osiedle Ceramiczna is our first project carried out for the benefit of the Warsaw Housing Cooperative – the largest institution of this type in the capital, with over 30,000 members. 188 apartments are going for sale in a modern and dynamically developing part of Warsaw – the Tarchomin district. The area offers a wide range of shops. , service points, educational institutions, and efficient public transport enables quick and convenient connection with the center and other parts of the city. a resident, which will allow the organization of events, meetings and other activities in the neighborhood,” said Grzegorz Smoliński, director of the Sales Department at Dom Development, quoted in the announcement.
Dom Development is a residential developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006. In 2020, it sold 3,756 units – the most among developers in Poland.
