Dom Development has launched 337 units as part of the second stage of the Harmonia Mokotów project and the new About Fort Estate in Warsaw, the company said.
“Our ambition is to make Dom Development a year of record sales for Dom Development, which is why we are constantly working on completing the offer. We start from Warsaw, where at the end of March we started the construction of 337 premises in two attractive districts. Since the beginning of the year, we have been launching the construction of nearly 700 units in the capital’s projects. Soon we will be informing about the further expansion of the offer,” said Dom Development board member Monika Perekitko.
The Przy Fort housing estate is a new Dom Development project in Ursus in Warsaw. They are made by 5 floors, from the north cascading to 3 floors, in which 124 apartments will be built. Nearly half of them are two-room premises with an area of 36 to 50 m2, while 1, 3-, 4- and 5-room premises with areas from 25 to 122 m2 are also available. Prices of apartments on the Housing Estate Start from PLN 11,900 per m2. The transfer of keys to the premises to the first residents is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The second stage of the Harmonia Mokotów project consists of three buildings, in which 196 apartments and 17 service premises will be built. In the second of the three stages of the Mokotów Harmony there will be apartments of 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, with an area of 32 to 85 m2. Prices start from 15,400 PLN per m2. In the Harmony of Mokotów, about 470 units will be built in ten buildings. The first premises will be handed over to customers during the holidays of 2025.
