Dom Development started selling apartments at Kolonia Anny Jantar, part of its Żoliborz Artystyczny project, which is going up at Powązkowska and Przasnyska streets in Warsaw. The new phase will offer 273 apartments. The apartments will be equipped with loggies, terraces or balconies. The developer wants to create an open urban space with numerous public passages, squares and services points. HRA Architekci was responsible for the project design, while the general constructor is Dom Construction Sp.z o.o. Completion is scheduled for the IV quarter of 2019.
