Dom Development sold 856 units in the third quarter of 2021 (389 units in Warsaw, 304 in the Tri-City, 116 in Wrocław and 47 in Krakow) and handed over 599 units (394 units in the Tri-City, 141 in Warsaw) , 41 in Kraków and 23 in Wrocław), the company said.
The financial result for the third quarter of 2021 is mainly influenced by deliveries in the Tri-City projects: Osiedle CIS (129 units), Osiedle Beauforta (100), Dawna Poczta (93) and Locus (60).
During the three quarters of 2021, the Dom Development capital group sold 2,972 units net, i.e. 13% more than in the corresponding period of 2020, completed.
