Dom Development has launched apartment sales at its Osiedle Piękna 21 project, currently underway in Wrocław. The first stage of the investment, designed by AP Szczepaniak, will offer 196 apartments, ranging from 27.5 sqm to 115 sqm. The apartments will be equipped with balconies, loggias, terraces or gardens. Prices start at PLN 6,500 per sqm. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020
