Dom Development has joined the tenants of the Infinity office building. The company’s Wrocław branch has decided to lease more than 900 sq m of modern space in the building, which was built near Plac Jana Pawła II, at 16 Legnicka St. The offices and showroom of Dom Development will be located on the third floor of Infinity, overlooking Wrocław’s Old Town.
Dom Development S.A. Capital Group is the largest developer in Poland. It carries out investments aimed at individual customers in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków and the Tri-City and surrounding areas (through Euro Styl S.A.). The developer’s offer includes both popular-segment apartments and apartments. The Group includes Dom Construction Sp. z o.o., which acts as general contractor for some of the developments. In 27 years of operation, the Group has delivered more than 46,000 apartments. Dom Development S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006.
The company has been present in Wrocław since 2008, where it operates as Dom Development Wrocław. To date, it has completed 19 projects in the capital of Lower Silesia, offering nearly 2,500 apartments and apartments.

The new office and showroom of Dom Development Wrocław will be arranged on 925 sqm of space located on the 3rd floor of Infinity. The lease was signed for 7.5 years, and Colliers International and the law firm SENDERO Tax & Legal advised the tenant in the negotiation process. The landlord, meanwhile, was represented by JLL.
Infinity is a seven-story Class A office building, which offers, among other things, 18,727 sqm of office space, 1,561 sqm of retail and service space, and a three-level underground garage with 311 parking spaces (including spaces with electric vehicle charging stations). With cyclists in mind, 128 bicycle stands were created in an enclosed area, along with locker rooms and showers. The project, developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, was built in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, as well as WELL Health-Safety certification, confirming the high standard of safety procedures.
The Infinity office building boasts the use of the latest technologies, including an innovative tenant service platform by spaceOS. Touchless solutions, tilt windows and top-quality air filters ensure the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity also features an impressive lobby with live plants inside. Spacious terraces with landscaping and greenery were created on the roof of the office building. All of Infinity’s project activities, from the construction work to the technologies and solutions used and the management of the building, are carried out in accordance with ESG criteria to ensure the office building’s low carbon footprint and minimize its environmental impact.
Tenants of the building’s office spaces, in addition to Dom Development Wrocław, include: Divante – a global provider of eCommerce solutions, ingage Poland, which offers specialized Investor Relations (IR) software, and FutureMeds, which specializes in conducting clinical trials of new drugs and therapies (the company has leased space in Infinity in both the retail and office areas).
During the development of Infinity, public spaces and services were not forgotten, which can be used not only by the employees of the complex, but also by the residents of Wroclaw. The Medicover Stomatology dental clinic, Gorąco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni, Żabka grocery store, Toscanizzazione restaurant and FutureMeds have decided to lease space in the retail and service part of the building. In addition, the second floor of the building will house the “UP” Fitness Club with a Mission.
The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio, its general contractor was Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and JLL is responsible for commercialization.
