SUD Architectes, APAX Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund have signed five-year leases at Dom Jabłkowskich in Warsaw. The office project was delivered on Chmielna Street in 2011. PAX Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund took space on the second floor of the building.
Owned by LHI and Dom Towarowy Bracia Jabłkowsc, the six-story office building offers 4,500 sqm of leasable space.
