Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) started work on its Domaniewska Office Hub project this week. The investor expects to have the office project completed in the third quarter of 2015. Going up in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, the scheme is anchored by the Polish Post (Poczta Polska), which took 3,000 sqm of space in the project. Cushman & Wakefield is in charge of filling the remaining space. PHN said talks with the general contractor are being finalized. The project will add 27,000 sqm to the Warsaw market, along with parking for 430 cars. Juvenes-Projekt and DDJM Biuro designed the scheme.
