Monument Real Estate Services has appointed Melissa Dominguez as vice president of human resources. Based in South Florida, Dominguez has almost 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Monument, Dominguez was director of human resources at Lemartec Corporation and served as human resources manager at MCM, where she managed the Florida, Texas, Mississippi and Panama offices. Dominguez earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Senior Certified Professional and is also an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management. “Melissa brings an exciting approach to Monument where her experience will create a more effective work environment that complements the firm,” said Gregory J. Lozinak, CEO of Monument Real Estate Services.
