Don Don Group, the Slovenian industrial baked goods maker, secured a €10.3m loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The company intends to use the money to acquire the Pekarna Grosuplje bakery from Mercator and for debt restructuring.
Don Don intends to use some of the loan money for a newly structured long-term financing plan, EBRD said in a statement.
Pekarna Grosuplje is the second largest baked goods maker in Slovenia.
