Dona Real Estate, controlled by Shalom Shai, bought the Astoria Business Center in Bucharest for about €9m, reportedly the largest transaction this year for the boutique buildings segment. The 4,200 sqm property was previously owned by Bluehouse Capital. Dona Real Estate’s Bucharest portfolio also includes the Izvor 80 Office Building (6,600 sqm) and Rosetti Business Center (2,600 sqm).
