The Donaldson Group has been selected to manage 625 apartments in Richmond and Norfolk, Virginia. The company has taken over management of two recently traded apartment communities, Rivermont Crossing and The Lafayette. Rivermont Crossing is a 457-unit rental community with 312 apartments and 145 townhomes, owned by The Steven A. Goldberg Company. The Lafayette, a 168-unit high-rise apartment building, was acquired recently by Graycliff Capital Partners. TDG will be assisting in the property renovation that will include hallway and lobby improvements, relocation of the leasing center and amenities, elevator upgrades and interior unit renovations. The Donaldson Group currently manages more than 11,000 multifamily units in its portfolio.
