Cushman & Wakefield has secured $49 million in financing on behalf of The Donohoe Companies. The loan is secured against Hampden Square, a 12-story, 145,951 sqf office building at 4800 Montgomery Lane in Bethesda, MD. The building is located at the intersection of Montgomery Lane and Woodmont Avenue and is within one block of the Bethesda Metro station (Red Line) and planned Purple Line station. Currently 85 percent leased, the property features a four-level, 472-space parking garage and suites with outdoor terraces with views overlooking Bethesda. The 10-year fixed rate loan was provided by a life insurance company.
