Construction work is underway on the Dor Plaza office building in Warsaw. The investment is located at 1 Sierpnia street and will offer 13,000 sqm of office space as well as 240 parking spots. The investor and developer of the project is DOR Group, while the general constructor of the first phase of the project is Keller Polska. Construction started in April 2020 with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
