Dot2Dot Group has leased 7,500 sqm at 7R Park Gdańsk II in Kowale, where it will base its production line, warehouse and office. A leader in the solid cardboard packaging industry, the company was advised by Axi Immo during the lease process. The tenant will move its headquarters to the new location in November. The property is a complex of three facilities that is under construction on Magnacka street in Kowale. It is being built in accordance with BREEAM system standards, which will ensure the use of ecological and energy-efficient solutions.
