The river cruise company DouroAzul will launch another ship hotel called ‘Viking Osfrid’ on the Douro river, an investment of €12m. The ‘Viking Osfrid’ was built by the West Sea company and go into service on March 29. The ship was built in nine months and has the capacity for 106 passengers. This vessel is specially designed to navigate the Douro river between Porto and Barca d’Alva in eight-day cruises.
