The German company Dräxlmaier announced its plan to develop its factory in Timisoara by tripling the production area equipped with modern technology.
The value of the investment in buildings and production equipment amounts to over EUR 200 million and will be implemented in the next six years. The project will be carried out in several stages and involves the construction of over 40,000 sqm of production areas, warehouses and office buildings. The factory will produce electronic and high voltage components.
More than 1,000 jobs for automotive specialists will be created in the coming years.
