Dragos Dobrescu, one of the most discreet real estate investors on the local market, started work on a new office building near Bucharest Business Park in the capital’s Piaţa Presei Libere district, according to the daily Ziarul Financiar.
Dobrescu specializes in the development of small and medium-sized office buildings. He is working with the Basp Property development company, founded by Peter Băjenaru, on the Piaţa Presei Libere project, which will include five floors of office space and four underground floors for parking.
Conarg will oversee construction.
