Dragos Irimescu, a shareholder of the Depaco metal roofing maker, is investing €8m in two residential projects in northern Bucharest. The Stegar housing block will include 23 apartments and is scheduled for delivery in February or March. The second project, Straulesti, is a four-block complex with 14 apartments and a 20-room aparthotel, which is scheduled for completion at the end of 2019.
