Drahobejlova 80% sold at completion

Palmer Capital has secured a use permit for Residence Drahobejlova, a residential project close to the Českomoravská metro station in Prague 9. The project offers 86 units ranging from one-room flats on 39 sqm to four-room maisonettes on 140 sqm. The investor, Palmer Capital, claims 80 percent of the apartments have been sold.
The project, designed by ABM architekti, was built by the construction company BAU-STAV. Residence Drahobejlova cost Palmer Capital CZK 240m. Apartment prices range from CZK 2,225,000 to 6,973,000 including VAT. The project also offers so-called flexi apartments: one-room flats on 39 to 68 sqm that can later be easily refurbished into two-room units.
