Drogowe, the distributor of products manufactured for the road industry, signed on for 1,500 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Pruszków II. Savills represented the tenant during the lease process. “The plot on which our client had its previous warehouse changed its status and will be used for residential purposes. We advised Drogowe in choosing a new location. The tenant had very precise requirements regarding the warehouse space in which they wanted to operate,” says Karolina Klepka, consultant in the industrial and logistics agency at Savills. “MLP Park Pruszków II perfectly meets the expectations and criteria concerning equipment, technical parameters and availability terms.” The property is a modern logistics and industrial park located near Warsaw in Pruszków. The complex currently offers 112,000 sqm of ready-to-use space but will soon be expanded to 285,000 sqm.
