Czech drone manufacturer Primoco UAV issues another 655,000 shares. The price of the shares will be decided by the Board of Directors, which will be between CZK 260 and CZK 360 per share. Enrollment begins on May 1 and lasts fourteen days. E15 was told by the company’s founder and CEO Ladislav Semetkovský. It promises to receive CZK 100 to 150 million from the issue. Primoco wants to invest the money obtained, among other things, in the preparation for the construction of a center in Písek.

The company develops and manufactures drones itself, but it does not have the designated real estate in one place. This is supposed to be the Písek airport, which belongs to Primoku, writes E15 on the web. “We will concentrate all our activities there, development, production, administration and everything else. It’s not just about aircraft, we have to produce spare parts for customers, engines and landing gear. Production will remain in the Czech Republic. Training centers will be established in Asia, the Middle East and India. “We have to train two pilots for each aircraft. We will bring the training and associated activities as close as possible to the customer,” said Semetkovský.

The current market capitalization of the company, whose shares are traded on the Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange, exceeds 1.5 billion crowns. The current number of Primimo shares is 4.34 million. The company originally planned to issue half a million shares in April, but adjusted the plans. “We want to round the share capital to five million shares. The issue is already taking place in April, but first the subscription is preferred to the current shareholders and then to others, so it lasted until May, “said E15 Semetkovský.

Semetkovský controls almost 62 percent of the company’s shares, less than a third falls on co-founders Gabriel Fülöpp and the remaining six percent on other investors. Last year, Primoka’s revenues rose from 1.5 million crowns to 31 million crowns the year before, and the company reduced its loss from 24 million to 9.4 million crowns. This year, Primoco plans to sell at least 18 aircraft, a total of 233 possible orders.
